Alessa reserves the right to deny returns, exchange and refunds including but not limited to prevent fraud, suspected fraud or abuse.

Most unopened items sold by Alessa in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange.  Some items sold by Alessa have a modified return policy noted on the receipt, packing slip, Alessa's policy board (refund exceptions), Alessa.com or in the item description. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I don't accept cancellations.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Open or defective collectibles (e.g., special edition Barbie dolls, porcelain dolls, action figures and die-cast cars)

  • Opened / Unsealed breast pumps

  • International purchases: Alessa stores cannot accept international returns or exchanges, including international returns and exchanges of online purchases.
